Working side-by-side with the President of the North America division, she was instrumental in supporting the organization's year-over-year profitability goals — milestones she accomplished through organic growth, mergers and acquisitions.
Over the last 6 years, Susan has helped businesses manage complex organizational transformation projects by aligning their workforce program with technology. Working with Diageo, International Rescue Committee, Trinseo and Bain Capital among others, her typical clients operate across all continents and rely on her to manage highly complex organizational transformation initiatives. Susan holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
